The roadsides of the N196 and N213 have bloomed every year for a number of years. Mini-excursions are organised through the flower verges every year to the 1,000-odd committed employees working at the flower-trading companies. Honey Highway also organises several events a year at Op Hodenpijl or at the companies’ locations for employees for awareness. This results, for example, in a poison-free bouquet with a bag of Honey Highway flower seed delivered to retail chains in Europe.
